🍎 Are We Eating Enough Fruits and Veggies?

Most of us think we’re doing okay when it comes to healthy eating. But the truth is, only 25% of Canadian adults eat the recommended daily servings of fruits and vegetables. In the U.S., it’s even lower — just 1 in 10 adults hit the target.
🥦 So, what can we do?
Start your day with fruit — berries, bananas, or an apple with breakfast.
Add veggies to every meal — stir them into soups, toss them into pastas, or serve them on the side.
Snack smart — raw carrots, cucumbers, or a handful of grapes go a long way.
Craving something sweet? Swap dessert for a sweet fruit like mango or pineapple.
Small changes = big difference.
Your body will thank you.
