AI Is Becoming Unstoppable - Who’s To Blame?

AI agents can do much more than answer questions. They can browse websites, write code, send messages, and take action toward a goal. But when we reward results, what happens if the system finds a shortcut we never intended?
In this video, we explore the difference between chatbots and autonomous agents, how reinforcement learning shapes their behavior, and why safeguards may not be enough. We also examine the financial and strategic incentives pushing companies and governments to keep accelerating—even as questions about control and accountability grow.
The real danger may come from the gap between what we ask AI to accomplish and what we actually want it to do.
